Pre-drywall inspection was so worth it!

Randy was an exceptional inspector recommended to us by our realtor. We hired him to do our pre-drywall inspection on our new build home. He arrived on time, did his walk through, took copious notes and photos, tagging things for our builder to repair before they boarded it up. I am so glad we opted for the pre-drywall inspection as he found a few things the builder had missed, including insulation, bowed studs, pipes that stuck out far enough to have caused a bump in our drywall, etc. He is so kind, and took the time to explain each and every finding to us as we walked the house with him after his inspection. I would highly recommend Randy to anyone looking for an inspection and we will certainly be using his company for our blue tape inspection when the house is complete by the builder’s standards. It is always good to have another set of eyes on a home they haven’t been working on and his perspective was so valuable to us! Thank you, Randy!
